About the share houses
Zentra offers you a place where you can finally take time just for yourself. Our share house stays are designed to give you the proper space to recharge, reset, be yourself, and enjoy. During the stay, you are encouraged to attend as many yoga classes as you want. Our experienced yoga teachers will also be available for any guidance you require

We Have three individual rooms in each of the two shared houses
We also have open spaces in both guest houses, that can accommodate up to six futons if there are groups wishing to stay.

During your stay you can attend as many regular yoga classes as you want. There are also possibilities to work part-time at Karma Cafe (When help is needed).
Every month at Zentra you have the chance to experience different activities and workshops. You will also have many opportunities to socialise with like minded people.
OUR SERVICES
Yoga
Every Day except Tuesdays, we have yoga class at our main studio which you can attend for free.
Free Wifi
Wi-fi is available in one of our share houses.
Cooking Facilities
Each of our share houses have a gas stove, refrigerator, and the necessary plates for your own cooking
meditation
On Monday morning 5:45 we have meditation class at our main studio which you can attend for free. Other days there is space for meditation at our guest house.
Bedding
Bedding and towels are available at the share houses.
For a long stay we encourage people to bring their own bedding.
Car Parking
Car parking is availble.
Bicycle
Free bicycles are available for you to use at any time.

Supermarket
There is a very nice supermarket just a 3-minute walk from the share houses.

After attending our yoga classes and enjoying our cafe menu, Yaizu offers you many things to do.
Cycling around
There are many cycling paths either on the seaside or riverside.
Climbing mountains
Close to the studio , there is a small mountain where you can enjoy great view of Fuji San and Shizuoka City.
Yaizu Fish Market
Close by is the famous Yaizu fish market where you can buy or eat amazing fish
ZEN TEMPLE
You can visit the famous Zen Temple of Shuryu Suzuki the author of Zen Mind, Beginner Mind
Walk Around on the Beach
One of my favorite passtimes is to just to go walk along the beach and feel the power of nature.
Yaizu Fishing Port
Witness either the commercial or local fisherman unloading there catch every morning
Visit Shizuoka City
Shizuoka is a large city where there are many interesting spots to visit like temples and museums.
Shizuoka Green Tea
Shizuoka is famous for its green tea so there is many shops around ready for you to discover their special teas.
Picnic at the River Bank
Our region has many rivers where you can enjoy swimming or just enjoy a picnic with friends and family,
Surfing
Shizunami Beach located just 30 minutes from Yaizu and is famous for its surfing spots.

First take the Shinkensen to Shizuoka Station
Then from Shizuoka take JR local train to Yaizu Station (three stops from Shizuoka)
If you come by train we can pick you up directly at the station (if we are available).
If not you can go directly to the guest house via taxi or walk to Karma Cafe (9 minutes from the station) where we will either arrange transport for you or give you a bicycle to reach the share house.
