Morning yoga

Starting the week or the day with a well-designed sequence of asanas (postures), accompanied with deep yogic breathing guidance, and seasoned with a focused mind will be the perfect recipe for health, harmony and success. 

Whether you have your working day ahead, plan to travel, or just simply go on with your daily routine at home, nothing is more important than to have a well-tuned mind and a healthy and energized body to optimize all your movements.

Yoga is definitely the most important practice one can do to get the things done.


Mario sensei has more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga and more than 25 years of experience practicing it. He has studied the human ​body, has explored the human mind, and is able to understand the need of individuals when he sees them.

He will help you to develop and stimulate your inner potential.

The class is 60 minutes long and mainly focuses on postures. Your body will be worked on progressively. We take special focus on the spine, since our nervous system travels through the spine. 

The class offers a whole-body workout that is enough to make you sweat just a little, not too much. 

The breathing and focal points are well guided by the teacher to assure that you get the most out of your effort.
